2018 Cuvee- After an additional 18 months in the barrel, the silkiness and briary black fruit became extremely elegant. Black cherry, blueberry and blackberry dominate with hints of vanilla, Christmas baking spices and graphite shavings. Long barrel aging created a super smooth Cabernet and Tannat blend.

A flagship of our Estate. Ultra black, rich and unbelievably smooth. Ripe blueberries, black plums, and blackberries with crushed vanilla and hints of sweet tobacco, smoked meats and cocoa bean linger on this smooth. A long term very age worthy elegant wine.
